We are looking for

1. Graduate Programs for Faculty Members

We have a large number of faculty members that need to advance their current degrees. We are looking for partners who can offer master and/or doctorate programs in Education, Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, and Public Health. We prefer the majority of the workload can be arranged online and our faculties can study while work in China for some time and then finish the rest of the courses in the destination countries.

2. Graduate Programs for 3-year Diploma Students

BCST is a private 3-year vocational college. Like most of the community colleges in the US or Canada, BCST currently does not have 4-year bachelor programs. Our business school students have strong demands to advance their degrees in foreign countries. We are looking for partners who can offer master programs in International Business, Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Data Analytics, etc.

3. Undergraduate Admission for High Schoolers

BCST is part of the Bohai Education Group, who also has a high school department with around 2,500 students. Approximately half of them are taking the Chinese University Entrance Examination (GAOKAO), and the rest of students are under the curriculum of technical studies and practices. According to our market research, about 1.2% of the student population intend to study abroad annually and the number was increasing before the pandemic outbreak.

4. Student and Faculty Exchange

After the COVID-19 pandemic, we hope we can send our faculty members and students to our partners' campuses for short-term visits. We would love our partners to open short-term certificate programs (partially online) for BCST, e.g. TEFL/TESOL, technical trainings, on-site workshops, industry conferences/seminars, summer and winter camps, etc.

5. Program Co-construction

We understand that we are a new college and it takes a lot of time and efforts to build a co-constucted sino-foreign academic program. We would love to show our sincerity in the cooperation and build the relationship gradually. BCST is a 3-year vocational college, so built upon our academic system, we would like to propose a "3+1" program in which your institution could recognize our credits of the 3-year study in China and then finish another year on our partner's campus. Students can get bachelor degrees from both sides upon their gradution. "2+2" is also an option.
